Geetanjali was originally published on 1910. Geetanjali consist of devotional poems written by Rabindranath Tagore. These poems are translated to Malayalam by Prof: Kummil Sukumaran. Geetanjali also became famous in western countries and it was translated in English in 1912. Tagore became the first non-European to win the Nobel Prize for Literature, largely for the English Geetanjali.
